The Indiana Pacers continued their stellar preseason NBA play on Thursday, defeating the Milwaukee Bucks 128-119 to advance to the Final Four.
The Pacers have the third-youngest average age in the league, with a 12-8 record this season.
Tyrese Halliburton, one of the 23-year-old NBA stars, had 27 points, 15 assists, seven rebounds and one steal for the Pacers. He did not commit a single turnover in 36 minutes of playing time.
Young veteran Myles Turner also had a great game for the Pacers, scoring 26 points, his second best offensive performance of the season.
Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 37 points for the Bucks, but Indiana's pace of play was too much for Milwaukee (15-7) to handle.
Quebec's Benedict Maturin had nine points and six rebounds in 24 minutes for the Pacers.
The Pacers led by 12 points at halftime, but the Bucks came out firing in the third quarter, outscoring Indiana 43-28.
The Pacers didn't let up, however, as Halliburton's three-pointer decided the game.
In the evening, the Los Angeles Lakers will host the New Orleans Pelicans to determine the Western Conference Finals team.
All mid-season conference games will count toward the NBA standings except for Saturday night's 8:30 p.m. final.
